Mallory is a customer service “Rock Star” and a natural leader. As Senior Project Manager, she oversees and is actively involved in all projects. She is our longest tenured manager and has a Construction Management Degree from LSU. Before being promoted, Mallory excelled in her role successfully completing dozens of winning projects. Our clients absolutely love her. She leads the team in 5 Star Reviews.

Christian Castellanos

Ellen Buckman
Project Manager

Ellen graduated Cum Laude from Tufts University and has a Master's in Interior Design.  Ellen's organizational and logistical skills are off the charts, and she possesses great design instincts.  She is a wonderful communicator and always has a smile on her face.  Ellen is a real "Go Getter." 

Kristin Guilott
Project Manager

Kristin loves to “Wow” our clients. Her organizational skills and meticulous note taking make her a favorite amongst our clients and subcontractors. She has a Master’s Degree in Theatrical Design. Her design skills take her to another level as a project manager. Kristin’s constant drive for successful outcomes along with her willingness to please make her stand out amongst her peers. She has contributed to the success of our company in numerous ways and is the ultimate team player.

Julie Schneider
Assistant Project Manager

Julie is our latest hire and the wife of Larry, our President.  She is a graduate of Tulane University where she starred on the Volleyball team. Julie recently retired after 25 years of teaching in the lower school at Metairie Park Country Day. She has quickly adapted to her new role as assistant project manager.  She is diligent, conscientious, and organized and thoroughly enjoys interacting with our clients and vendors daily. Julie's positive demeanor and professionalism have provided a great boost to our company culture.

Alejandra Tova
Project Manager

Alejandra graduated from Spring Hill College and worked in the film and TV industry for 14 years as a prop master, prop stylist, and set decorator. This formed the basis for a start in construction project management. She’s conscientious, cares about our clients and is great to work with.
